and/or personal email on file you will need to follow our process for ID verification.
The Maricopa Community Colleges will be closed from Tuesday, December 24, 2024, until Wednesday,
January 1, 2025. During this time, services are limited. Password Reset Chat Support will be available
during normal business hours. Extended support hours will begin January 2, 2025 at 8am.
Starting January 2, 2025, Live Chat support will be available Monday-Thursday 8am - 6pm and Friday 8am - 4pm.
Live Chat is available Mon and Wed 8am - 4pm, Tues and Thu 9am - 6pm, and Fri 10am - 4pm. We are closed for
all observed holidays.

Remotely verify your identity with our agents by answering security questions or joining a Webex video conference with a link the agent shares with you.
Once verified, the Maricopa ID verification agent will update your profile information to allow you complete the self-service password reset process..
